About the Journal

GAUDEAMUS – Journal of Law and International Governance creates an academic platform for the training and affirmation of young jurists and researchers, facilitating dialogue between law, governance, and the institutional transformations of the contemporary international order.

The journal promotes the academic voice of students, scientific excellence, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary openness, serving as an editorial space for analysing national, European, and global legal developments, mechanisms of international governance, and new normative metamorphoses generated by globalisation, digitalisation, and societal changes.

Through rigorous editorial standards and transparent academic evaluation, GAUDEAMUS aims to contribute to the formation of a new generation of legal professionals capable of understanding and shaping the legal and institutional dynamics of the contemporary world.
