Environmental Monitoring of the Danube as a Basis for Student Transboundary Project Activities

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need to take into account the environmental factor in a practice-oriented plane as a result of detailing the neurophysiological basis of the health-preserving life-saving techniques of modern student youth, to specify the resources of the educational process of higher education in the formation of students' value attitude to environmental problems, responsibility for their constructive resolution, experience of active participation in regional environmental initiatives. The results of some theoretical studies of scientists in the context of conceptualized problems were used; diagnostic tools presented by the verbal-associative methodology "Emotions. Knowledge. Protection. Benefit", the validity of which is generally accepted by experts; empirical developments obtained as a result of self-reflection of the experience of using health-preserving techniques of environmental education of students.
As a result of the analytical work, generalizations are made regarding the fundamental importance of relying on the neurophysiological basis of those health-preserving life techniques of modern students, which allow us to understand health in a broad sense, taking into account the ever-increasing impact of the environmental factor.
