The field of public acquisition has a special relevance whose core consists in the involvement of public capital for their realization. Public acquisition enjoys an importance both at national and European level, being a stage that precedes and conditions the finality of a contractual affair. This concern materialized through the establishment by the legislator of some forms of control such as the one carried out by the National Agency for Public Procurement.
