Abstract

The article examines how digital technology influences the neurocognitive processes involved in learning, combining concepts from neuroscience and educational science (neuroeducation). Neuroplastic mechanisms, the effects of using technologies (adaptive platforms, spaced repetition applications, virtual/augmented reality, multimedia environments) are analyzed, as well as the associated risks (attention fragmentation, cognitive overload, deep memory erosion). Based on the specialized literature and concrete examples from didactic practice, methodological recommendations are formulated for the critical and effective integration of technology into teaching-learning processes
