Abstract
One of the latest trends in psychology that focuses on human well-being is “Positive Psychology.” In contrast to traditional approaches that focus on problems and disorders, positive psychology explores what makes people thrive and live fulfilling lives. Positive psychology promotes the cultivation of positive relationships and social well-being. Positive psychology offers a progressive and inspirational view of how we can live life in happiness and fulfillment.
